Service conditions and payment terms for engaging with Raised Nine Productions, LLC.
Raised Nine Productions, LLC agrees to provide production services as explicitly outlined in individual proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or executed service agreements. Services may include but are not limited to pre-production planning, filming, editing, and content delivery.
While Raised Nine Productions, LLC endeavors to meet all projected production dates and delivery schedules, timelines are strictly estimates. Delays in client-provided assets (e.g., approvals, scripts, brand files, or access) will result in commensurate delays in project execution. Raised Nine Productions, LLC is not liable for delays caused by client-side dependencies.
Agency retainers and project fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your agreement. Please note:
Upon full payment of all respective invoices, custom content and deliverables created specifically for your project will become the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raised Nine Productions, LLC reserves the right to retain proprietary internal workflows, templates, and production methodologies.
Both Raised Nine Productions, LLC and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary business information, creative materials, and project data shared during execution of services.
Unless otherwise bound by a fixed-term contract, recurring services require a standard 30-day written notice for cancellation to allow proper off-boarding, final delivery coordination, and handover of approved files.
